Data Deletion Instructions

Customers can request deletion of personal information controlled by Bikarent. Deletion is not instant or automatic.

How to Request Deletion

Contact Bikarent through +62 81999009090 and clearly state that you are requesting deletion of your personal information.

Information to Include

• Your full name used with Bikarent.
• Your WhatsApp or phone number used for rental communication.
• Any booking ID, invoice number, or relevant rental dates if available.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.

Verification

Bikarent may verify your identity and the request before deleting or changing records. This helps protect customer accounts and rental history from unauthorized requests.

What May Be Retained

Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate operational, legal, accounting, audit, dispute, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes. For example, reservation, invoice, payment, handover, return, or support records may be retained when needed to document completed business activity.

Scope

Deletion requests apply only to data Bikarent controls. Data held by external services, such as Meta WhatsApp Cloud API or other infrastructure providers, may also be governed by those providers' policies.

Response

Bikarent will review deletion requests and respond through the available contact method after verification and operational review.
